Peppered Corydoras Care Guide
The Peppered Corydoras (Corydoras paleatus) is a beginner-level freshwater aquarium resident from Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina. It reaches about 2.8 inches and should be kept in tanks of at least 20 gallons.
Keep water near pH 6-7.5, temperature 64-75F, and hardness 2-15 dH. Feed omnivore, sinking wafers, frozen food with 1-2 small feedings daily.
Peppered Corydorass spend most of their time near the substrate and usually ignore mid-water fish. Avoid sharp gravel and very aggressive tank mates.
