Endler's Livebearer Care Guide
The Endler's Livebearer (Poecilia wingei) is a beginner-level freshwater aquarium resident from Venezuela. It reaches about 1.4 inches and should be kept in tanks of at least 10 gallons.
Keep water near pH 6.8-8, temperature 72-82F, and hardness 8-25 dH. Feed omnivore, flakes, vegetables with 1-2 small feedings daily.
Endler's Livebearers prefer harder, more alkaline water than many soft-water fish. They are usually peaceful but should not be kept with fin nippers or fish large enough to eat them.
